McNinch Farms is more than just a farm- it’s a legacy. For four generations, our family has worked this land, raising high-quality cattle and fresh produce with care, grit, and a whole lot of heart. From early mornings feeding in the pasture to late nights packing orders, everything we do is rooted in our love for the land, the animals, and the families we serve.
You’ll often see us post under the name Mac Daddy Beef- that’s our beef brand, that is also new to us! We hope that is becomes known for local, pasture-raised beef with no added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. Whether it’s a thick cut T-Bone, slow cooked roast, or good old-fashioned stew meat, we raise it the way it should be: clean, honest, and full of flavor.
